As a Thrive broadband customer, you'll have access to your billing information through the customer portal.
Once registered, you'll be able to:
You can access the customer portal by visiting thrivebroadband.com and clicking on 'Log In' at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can get there directly by visiting my.thrivebroadband.com.
Toward the bottom of the page, click on the link 'New portal user? Register an account here!'
In the email address field, type in the address that you used to signup for service. Then click on 'Look Up Email Address'.
Within a couple of moments, you'll receive and email from support@thrivebroadband.com with a link to verify your email and finish setting up your account.
If you don't receive the email, be sure to check your spam folder.
You'll be asked to create a username and password for your Thrive Broadband account. Enter your preferred username and password, then click ''.
You can use your email address as a username if you'd like.
You now have access to the Thrive Broadband customer portal! From now on, simply sign in using the username and password you created. See related articles for more information about using the customer portal.
